Long time readers will know I have a family of disparate eaters. One child loves any type of onion and potato, and is quite open to chili; he does however have an egg intolerance and finds salad greens unpleasant, but he’s pretty good with cooked greens. The youngest child will eat fresh crunchy salad and fresh fruit forever, even tomatoes as long as they are very small. How and Why would you Meal Plan?

I like to write a weekly menu, and here is why: I like to be organised. To break it down a bit further, these are my reasons, specifically. It saves Money. I buy groceries according to what is on the meal plan, which saves money because I don’t end up with food that goes off in the fridge before it has a chance to be cooked. It minimizes Wastage.
